What is the role:
*Represent DLC for the state/territory
*Organise events
*Manage local group meetings, social events etc

What skills/experience helps:
*Dealing with the media (though, you can delegate this to a media manager in your state if applicable)
*Event organiser experience
*Past volunteer/activism experience
*Dealing with people
*Time management
*resourcefulness - give us an example
